The NCLT has ordered Dreams The Mall Company Ltd. in Mumbai to redistribute shares according to the carpet area owned by shop and space owners, holding that the existing structure disproportionately benefited the promoter group. The tribunal also directed cancellation of excess shares and execution of conveyance deeds.
