According to the report, many of her patients were unaware of her connection to Epstein, who reportedly made his final phone call to Shuliak before his death in 2019. The report also revisits documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice, which allege Epstein used his influence to help Shuliak pursue a dental career after she moved from Belarus to New York in 2011.
