Ladakh hosts nation’s first Black-Necked Crane Festival - The Tribune

Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Tuesday inaugurated the countrys first Black-Necked Crane Festival 2026 in Ladakh, an initiative that officials said is aimed at conserving the endangered Black-Necked Crane while strengthening environmental protection, economic welfare and sustainable livelihoods for local communities.
