Mumbai: NCLT Directs RP To Verify Omkar Homebuyers' Claims Within 15 Days, Declines Forensic Audit Plea
The NCLT directed the Resolution Professional handling the insolvency of Omkar Group entity Manomay Ventures to verify all pending homebuyer claims within 15 days. While declining the homebuyers' plea for a forensic audit, the tribunal asked the RP to examine objections regarding the ARC's claim and take appropriate action.
