Govt shifts power corp CMD amid protests over prolonged outages - The Tribune
With public anger mounting over prolonged power cuts and farmers, industrialists and opposition parties holding protests, the state government on Monday transferred Basant Garg, Administrative Secretary, Power, and PSPCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD). Principal Secretary Gurkirat Kirpal Singh has been given the additional charge of PSPCL and PSTCL CMD.
