Twenty-five chip designs created by Indian startups and MSMEs have been successfully taped out (manufactured and fabricated) across multiple foundries, including advanced technology nodes such as 12 nm at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the government told Parliament today.
