Ujjain Municipal Corporation Moves To Widen Mahakal Temple Road From 12 To 24 Metres For Simhastha 2028
Ujjain Municipal Corporation has begun preparations to widen the road between Mahakal Temple and Mahakal Ghati Square from around 12 metres to 24 metres for Simhastha 2028. Thirty-nine constructions and portions of structures fall within the widening zone. Traders were given 24 hours to remove their belongings before the drive resumes.
