3rd OCT 2016 The final date on the first leg of the European tour alights in Hamburg, a city well known to Crimson. Throughout the tour, Jeremy Stacey, who had come on board to deputise for Bill Rieflin, made a powerful contribution, on drums or keyboards. His background in both rock and jazz made him a first-class choice, though he freely admitted at the time that learning both the drum parts and the idiosyncrasies of Rieflin’s keyboard rig was a challenge. Stacey assumed he would be covering one tour as a sideman, but became a permanent member until the band's final public performance in Japan in 2021. Crimson would be back on the road in Europe just under a month later. Flac 24/48
