Mumbai GRP Commissioner M Rakesh Kalasagar has assured traders that their bags will not be checked at railway stations without a valid reason. Responding to complaints of repeated inspections and alleged demands for money, he said necessary checks should take place in front of CCTV cameras and that the GRP had requested baggage scanners from the Railways.
