King Charles turned his viral umbrella moment in Antigua into a joke during his final address at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Referring to the downpour that caught him during a military ceremony, he joked that he might have to provide “an umbrella for you all.” Charles also drew laughter with a quip about meeting almost as many Commonwealth prime ministers as he has had at home.
