NAVI MUMBAI: A 27-year-old quack doctor was detained by Panvel taluka police after a complaint was lodged by the medical officer of the Primary Health Centre at Ajivali village in Panvel taluka, following an inspection by health department officials at his illegal clinic in Kasalkhand village on Monday afternoon.
