Tyler Perry bought a former Army base for $30 million: Why he is turning it into more than a Hollywood studio - The Economic Times
Tyler Perry is planning to expand his business beyond filmmaking with a proposed 38-acre entertainment district near his Atlanta film studio. The project could include a theatre, shops and office spaces, with plans suggesting that it could be completed by January 2028.
