Indore High Court Rejects Family's Ownership Claim Over Houses And Shops Listed As Waqf Property Near Masjid Dhooldhoye
The Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench rejected a family's ownership claim over houses and shops listed as Waqf property near Masjid Dhooldhoye. Justice Vinay Saraf held that historical tax records did not establish ownership and the 1997 amendment added no new property. The court also upheld the limitation finding.
