‘Let Me Study And Work’: 20-Year-Old Woman Seeks MP High Court Protection From Family In Indore
A 20-year-old woman approached the MP High Court alleging harassment by her family, pressure to marry and interference with her studies and employment. The court observed that an adult woman cannot be harassed merely because relatives object to her choices and directed police to provide protection if a threat to her life is found.
