The city’s celebrated food culture has come under scrutiny after around 20% of food samples collected during a month-long safety campaign failed tests. More than 10 samples were found unsafe, while inspections uncovered violations at hotels and schools. Authorities also suspended bar licences of two establishments following food safety violations.
