Rajpal Yadav was given three months imprisonment in cheque bounce case in July and he was given two months to clear the debt. Now as per the latest update on the matter, after the hearing which took place on September 8, the Supreme Court has granted Yadav interim relief from surrendering, subject to him depositing Rs 5 crore with the court’s Registry by Wednesday.
