Bombay HC Quashes ₹25 Crore Property Attachment Linked To Avinash Bhosale In Money Laundering Case
The Bombay High Court has quashed the attachment of properties worth Rs 25 crore linked to Avinash Bhosale, his wife and Samit Realty in a money laundering case. The court held that the ED failed to establish a link between the transactions and alleged proceeds of crime, and dismissed the agency’s appeal against the tribunal’s order.
