2 arrested after vehicle financing fraud investigation - KVIA
HORIZON CITY, Texas (KVIA) -- Two people were arrested after deputies conducted a fraud investigation, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office said Monday. Deputies received a report about two vehicles financed through Ibarra Financial Services. The company told EPSCO it couldn't recover the vehicles.
