In regional affairs, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders demanded access to former Prime Minister Imran Khan at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, threatening nationwide protests. Meanwhile, the Ministry of External Affairs addressed tensions along the Line of Actual Control in Arunachal Pradesh, naming 27 geographical locations and rejecting objections from Beijing while reaffirming the territory as an integral part of India.
