Russia has reportedly struck a drone manufacturing facility in Kyiv that was said to be linked to a U.S.-registered defence company, marking what could be a significant escalation in the Ukraine war. According to Russian state media and reports citing Moscow's Defence Ministry, the facility employed specialists from a Ukrainian-American company and produced AI-guided loitering munitions used on the battlefield. The Guardian claimed that Terminal Autonomy, a company registered in Delaware, operated in Ukraine and developed AI-enabled drone systems.
