This mod attempts to recreate the Gang Notoriety system from the Saints Row series. Every gang in the freeroam now has a their own wanted level system: starting a fight with a gang will raise their notoriety level. At notoriety level 2, gangs will begin sending reinforcements to hunt you down. As your notoriety level increases, gangs will be deploying much more reinforcements with better equipment.
