The PENN Ally II Boat Rod offers the power and stability for offshore saltwater fishing. It uses a combination of Seaguide Stainless Steel guides with zirconium inserts and PacBay machined aluminum roller guides in key high-stress areas to extend the life of your line. Incredibly tough tubular E-glass rod blanks with a solid glass tip are capable of standing up to the strains of big, hard-fighting fish while non-corrosive reel seats keep your reel firmly secured during battle. With select models featuring aluminum gimbals and PacBay aluminum butt sections perfect for prolonged battle, the PENN Ally II provides the correct balance and application for your next offshore adventure. Saltwater breeds a different kind of angler. It toughens you. It cures you like bacon. It leaves you thirsty for the next fight.
