A pattern-scanning retinal laser system and an Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) facility were inaugurated at Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) on Saturday, enabling faster diagnosis and treatment for patients with diabetic retinopathy.
