Uttar Pradesh has released the merit list for admission to five sports colleges for the 2026–27 academic session under CM Yogi Adityanath’s sports promotion initiative. Out of 2,600 applicants, 391 candidates were selected and 167 placed on the waiting list for 518 seats across disciplines. Selected athletes will now undergo biological age verification and medical examinations.
