Jharkhand students escalate protest; to burn CM Soren, Rahul Gandhi effigies tomorrow, announce August 20 siege of CM's residence - The Economic Times
Student leaders will burn effigies of Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Rahul Gandhi. They demand cancellation of JSSC CGL and JPSC examinations. A CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities is also being sought. Students plan to surround the Chief Minister's residence on August 20. The agitation will intensify if demands are not met.
