MRVC has deployed an RO-RO trolley to transport construction material across marshy, inaccessible stretches of the Virar-Dahanu quadrupling project, marking the first such use in a Western Railway project. The system uses existing railway infrastructure to avoid building temporary roads and keep work progressing on the ₹3,578-crore corridor.
