Indore Municipal Corporation Mandates Recharge Shafts, Dual Plumbing In New High-Rises
Indore Municipal Commissioner Kshitij Singhal has directed all newly constructed high-rise buildings and housing societies to install groundwater recharge systems and dual plumbing. The move aims to improve rainwater conservation, reduce monsoon waterlogging and promote the reuse of treated wastewater through mandatory compliance during the building approval process.
