A massive natural disaster has struck the Pir Panjal valley as a catastrophic cloudburst triggered deadly flash floods and landslides across Jammu and Kashmir's border districts of Poonch and Rajouri. The worst of nature’s fury unfolded in Poonch’s Surankote tehsil, where multiple bodies have been recovered and several civilians remain missing after torrential downpours completely destroyed residential structures.
