Bombay HC Upholds JBIMS Admission Cancellation Over Forged Documents, Says Placement Cannot Override Fairness
The Bombay High Court upheld JBIMS' decision to cancel the admissions of three students who had allegedly secured entry using forged academic documents. The court said completing most of the course or securing placement could not override admission fairness. It also stressed that officials who enabled irregularities must be examined.
