SRINAGAR: A new poster issued by the little-known United Liberation Council (ULC) threatening Kashmiri Pandits led community members working in the Kashmir Valley under the PM Package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits to write to J&K chief secretary Atal Dulloo seeking enhanced security. Chief minister Omar Abdullah described the threats as “highly concerning.”
