Dr. Peter McCullough delivered explosive testimony at Canada’s Allison Inquiry, alleging that pandemic preparedness and global vaccination planning stretched back years before the COVID-19 outbreak. McCullough claimed a U.S.-Chinese research collaboration dating to at least 2012 helped create SARS-CoV-2 and linked the history to U.S. biodefense research — assertions that remain disputed and should not be treated as established findings. He also argued that mRNA vaccine technology had been under development for years before COVID-19, calling the vaccination program the “greatest gamble in medical history.”
