Bombay HC Restrains BMC From Acting On Notices Issued To Deccan Co-Operative Housing Society
The Bombay High Court restrained the BMC from acting on two notices issued to Deccan Co-operative Housing Society over a disputed Bandra property until the next hearing. The society claims it has occupied the land since 1985 and argues that it cannot be dispossessed without due legal process. The court directed the BMC to file its reply.
