KULGAM: The J&K administration is planning to establish rehabilitation centres across the state to help recovering addicts reintegrate into society, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said Monday as he led the “Drug-Free J&K Padyatra” in south Kashmir's Kulgam district.
