Nearly nine years after his arrest over an alleged Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) conspiracy behind a series of targeted killings in Punjab, the British national Jagtar Singh Johal, alias Jaggi, who is accused of financing and facilitating the network behind the attacks walked out of Tihar on Thursday.This came after the Delhi High Court granted bail to Jaggi on Friday.
