CCPA fines Mister Chai of Shangri-La Eros Hotel in Delhi for levying service charge on bills - Delhi News | India Today
The CCPA has fined Mister Chai, a restaurant at Delhi's Shangri-La Eros Hotel, Rs 1 lakh for automatically adding a 10 per cent service charge to customers' bills without their consent. The restaurant has since discontinued the charge across the hotel, effective October 1.
