The Bombay High Court has refused anticipatory bail to a man accused of repeatedly raping a woman on the promise of helping her secure film work and later circulating her objectionable photographs and videos online. The court held that a prima facie case existed and said custodial interrogation was necessary to recover electronic evidence.
