Delhi HC stays JNU order dismissing Cong MP Prof Akoijam - Rediff.com India News
The Delhi High Court has stayed the termination of JNU professor Angomcha Bimol Akoijam, who is also a Congress MP, following allegations of sexual harassment. The university had dismissed him on October 9 based on an internal committee's findings, but Akoijam denies the allegations, calling it a 'witch hunt.' A police FIR has also been registered against him.
