The Mumbai Bench of the NCLT partly allowed a petition by shareholder Yogesh Patel, holding that certain actions of Arzoo.com's management amounted to oppression and mismanagement. The tribunal ordered restoration of 68,015 shares to Bhogilal Patel's name, rectification of the company's share register and compensation for the established acts of mismanagement.
